CWL First Annual Blanket/Toy Drive!

Everything we collected-JOB WELL DONE!

Well, we did it.
Coping With Laryngomalacia's First Annual Blanket/Toy Drive
was a huge success to say the least.

What we collected:
-84 new toys
-11 store bought blankets
-23 handmade blankets
-1 handmade sweater & hat set
-2 pairs of childrens socks

What we did:
A raffle gift auction with 24 gifts including Moby Wrap, Nap Nanny, 5 Star Personal Training, Applebees, The Melting Pot and MUCH more, a infant CPR demo class, complimentary lunch, and a visit from Hopscotch the Bunny from JSUMC.

WOW is the only word I can really think of to sum up today. It was amazing through and through. A million times better than I ever pictured in my head while planning it. I am in awe of everyone who took time out of their busy lives to support a defect they have a hard time pronouncing. One of my friends told me it was a selfless thing to do-this drive-but in all honestly, all the people who helped and donated are the selfless ones-not me! I am simply making something good come from something that was so bad in my life-in my baby's life.

There were 3 LM babies at the event including S.
And with over 12 volunteers to help the day ran so smoothly!
{The help was outstanding...and the day would not have been possible without everyone's help-you know who you are!}

Special thanks to:

And thank you everyone for your support... I can not express how much it means to me to see SO many people support laryngomalacia...because in the end... you are supporting my daughter...and for that-thank you a million times over <3 size="2">P.S. more pictures to come!!!
